all doctors seem nice but you never see the same one twice.please can we have more doctors perminently at the surgery and be able to choose the doctor we would like to see.also if you have a health condition ect heart arthritis and so on,can you not have someone who will come and give a general talk to explain more about how the illness can affect you and how to manage with self help ect.doctors and nurses will not have the time and this would help free up appointments by people just wanting information and support about there condition.there are plenty of unused rooms in the centre so put them to use please

We find the appointments system quite unhelpful, My husband was in the building but was told he couldn't make an appointment with anyone and had to ring in. I have to wait til 8am to ring in and then wait for someone to ring me back - there is then the possibility that I wont get an appointment but am already late for work as I should start at 8.30 and work in carlton which is an hour and half away by bus. also if I have to leave work to get to an appointment again I have an hour and half travelling.
